I’m Ty, a writer and public relations specialist. I graduated from Penn State University with a bachelors in public relations, alongside minor studies in psychology and business.

I currently work as a science writer at Penn State, specializing in engineering research. Additionally, I’m available as a freelance copywriter and PR specialist for agencies and businesses.

I’ve written press releases and marketing copy, helped engineering faculty land media interviews and share their research, designed professional newsletters, managed social media content, developed press kits and more. 

I spend my free time playing drums, rock climbing and watching Lost with my girlfriend and my cats, Pumpkin and Pickle.
